What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions

  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers including OT, PT, speech, physicians, and other professionals

  • Support the professional development of RBTs through supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing feedback

  • Work closely with fellow BCBAs, our Center Director, and administrative staff to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Florida licensure (or eligibility)

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience supervising ABA programs

  • Experience mentoring RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
