What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers including OT, PT, speech, physicians, and other professionals
- Support the professional development of RBTs through supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing feedback
- Work closely with fellow BCBAs, our Center Director, and administrative staff to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
Required
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Florida licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- 1+ year of experience supervising ABA programs
- Experience mentoring RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
